Nokia 5320 XpressMusic with U.S. 3G Passes through FCC
Nokia's 5320 XpressMusic has recently slid through the FCC, allowing it to be sold in the U.S. in the future. This candybar smartphone is based on Nokia's S60 3rd Edition Feature Pack 2 user interface and sports a 2 megapixel camera. The 5320 XpressMusic is also the first non-Nseries handset to be compatible with Nokia's N-Gage gaming platform.
The 5320 XpressMusic's music capabilities include dedicated music playback keys along the left side of the display and a standard 3.5mm audio port and stereo speakers. A unique feature is the new Say-and-Play app, which allows you to browse through your music library by simply telling the handset what you'd like to listen to.
Though the FCC filing does not indicate a carrier, the 5320 XpressMusic's dual-band UMTS (850/1900MHz) support is compatible with AT&T's high-speed 3G network. You can browse through the FCC files here.
