Virgin Mobile Arc
Virgin Mobile has a famous stylish handset lineup formed by Flare, Slash and Wild Card, and its latest addition is the UTStarcom Arc, a cool flip red cell phone with a combination of rich red and black lines, and a backlit keyboard, which just catches your attention at a glance.
Arc is an affordable red cell phone model delivering Bluetooth, digital camera capability and multimedia applications, with no annual contract, just calling and messaging plans matching anyone’s needs.
"The Arc offers a very reasonably priced camera phone with a fashion- conscious finish for consumers who want to capture spontaneous moments with a little style,” said Matias Monges, Virgin Mobile USA’s Director of Mobile Devices. “And with Bluetooth wireless technology, we're sweetening the deal with additional value."Available at just $50, Arc delivers VGA camera functionality, Internet browsing, Instant Messaging, email, games, Real Music ringtones, the Virgin Mobile USA user interface on a 1.8-inch 262K color TFT display, speakerphone, voice dialing, 500 phone book entries, and full-color internal display and 1-inch external screen.
The memory is of 512MB Flash and 256MB RAM.
It measures 3.6 x 1.9 x 0.8 inches at 3oz weight and provides up to 210 minutes of talk time and 14.5 days of standby, with a 850 mAh Li-Ion battery.
UTStarcom, the designer of Arc red cell phone, is a global leader in manufacturing, integration and support of IP-based, end-to-end networking and telecommunications solutions.
