Samsung YP-P2: BMW Edition
Remember the Samsung YP-P2 that was launched on the US about one year ago? I bet you do because it is a slick portable media player. The good news is that BMW will launch an exclusive edition of the device.
This promotional strategy can be considered good and bad at the same time: on one hand you’ve got the BMW and PMP lovers that will surely enjoy the product, on the other hand you’ve got the conservative motorcycle riders that talk about the dangers of being on the road and listening to music at the same time. Who wins this war? Probably the first group.
Anyhow, the Samsung YP-P2 BMW Edition doesn’t have a price yet, but expect it to be high. It will include some kind of promo material, like a BMW logo placed on the front/back, a couple of videos, and some backgrounds.
About the player:
It features a touchscreen interface also known as “EmoTureTM UI” and the display settings are normal for a 3-inch screen that provides a 16:9 aspect ratio.
