MOTOZINE ZN5
We have been hearing about a new handset prepared by Motorola in collaboration with Kodak, since earlier this year, and now we finally have a press release with all the details about it.
MOTOZINE ZN5 is a powerful camera phone revealed today in Beijing, China, is the first model adopting the KODAK Imaging Technology combined with Motorola’s ModeShift Technology.
ModeShift technology changes the keypad layout according to the phone’s function, automatically.
“KODAK Imaging Technology combines Kodak’s unparalleled experience in imaging science with easy connectivity to the company’s vast portfolio of products and services,” said John Blake, general manager digital capture and imaging devices group, vice president Eastman Kodak Company. “We have redefined the quality, convenience and connectivity of mobile imaging devices. We have worked closely with Motorola to create a device that not only delivers Kodak-quality pictures, but allows consumers to explore a wide range of options for sharing their photos with friends and family around the world.”
After removing the Kodak lens cover, the user can use the 5MP built-in camera with autofocus and Xenon flash, after which, with the KODAK EASYSHARE Software he/she can print pictures and share them on the KODAK Gallery website.
You can store up to 4GB of media.
Another technology is the KODAK PERFECT TOUCH that detects and reduces red eyes, reduces dark shadows, enriches details, provides more vibrant colors, and results in better photos.
The built-in camera lets you use multiple capture modes including multi-shot and panorama, while ShoZu permits you to upload your creations on more websites designed for sharing.
Also, MOTOZINE ZN5 has USB, WI-FI and Bluetooth connectivities and allows you to print pictures wirelessly if you already own a compatible printer model.
About the phone functionality we have to mention the CrystalTalk technology featuring microphone noise reduction, noise adaptive speaker enhancements, and full duplex speaker phone.
Next come the Wireless Local Area Network support, email and Instant Messaging capabilities.
MOTOZINE ZN5 will be available in China in July, while the rest of the countries will welcome it later this year.
